KamchatintourKamchatintour was one of the first privately owned travel companies on the Kamchatka Peninsula We have worked extensively with them since that time specifically in cruise operations. The company has solid support from the Kamchatka Administration and therefore is able to solve problems with visa support and other issues, which need governmental approval. George Shkhyan, was the first in Kamchatka to undertake US marketing efforts, to become a member of PATA, and to communicate by e-mail. His daughter Irina, works mostly with the US and European market and has an excellent grasp of logistics, product quality and frequent communication. They have actively cooperated in the production of various television documentaries by both France and German TV and with Discovery Channel. They are part owner of the Blue Lagoon, and operate four to five charters from Japan. For complicated itineraries, transborder and specialty itineraries they are the best choice.
