The Lost World

The "Lost World" tourism company was formed in January, 1993, by the Chief of the Alpine Rescue Service of Kamchatka, Nikolay Kruglyakov and his wife Irina - a professional art designer and sportswoman involved in white river rafting and trekking. As a matter of fact, she was named a Champion of White Water River rafting in 1993. Nikolay, an experienced mountain climbing instructor since 1980 has led many climbing trips in the Caucasus, Tien Shan and Pamir. He has also conducted numerous expeditions to most of the interesting parts of Kamchatka.

The operational team of the Lost World takes pride in its high level of professionalism. All of their guides have undergone professional training at climbing schools and/or have many years experience guiding groups in Kamchatka. Sociable and cheerful, they will make your memories unforgettable.

The company owns all the necessary equipment to organize and accomplish any travel within Kamchatka. Whether in the countryside or the city, they will cook many delicious Russian dishes for you. Irena personally supervises the meal preparation for each trip, so there is absolutely no worry about the quality of the food.
