Travel Trade Booking Information
Eastern Russia as you all know is perhaps a difficult destination. That is why we are so excited that we can offer you some adventures in Eastern Russia that highlight this most unique and heartwarming experiences in this region. All our partners involved in this venture whether Voyage Travel company, Dialogue of Culture, World Wildlife Fund for Nature and World Wise Ecotourism Network are experienced operators with excellent operating records and a genuine interest in opening this world up to you and your clients. All our resources stand at your disposal and you can contact us by phone, fax or e-mail for any information and/or questions you may have. We treat every questions or need with utmost care and consideration. We are a US based operator and all funds will remain in our account until the end of the cruise, land/cruise tour on which your client is booked. We have trade references should you so require. Individual bookings earn a ten percent commission on both cruise and land/cruise packages which can be deducted from the final payment. Group bookings (10) earn a fifteen percent commission that can be deducted from the final payment. We will provide a free cruise passage only for any tour manager accompanying a group of more than ten people. We will also reduce the rate for the land portions through negotiations with the various operators. Our May Familiarization trip carries special rates for tour operators. None of our familiarization tours include international or domestic airfare. We can also provide you with cost and information on any other extensions your client may be interested in, including Trans Siberian and travel to Kamchatka as part of his or her journey. We can make slides and video material available to you should you wish to make a client presentation or we can have one of our representatives assist you. Our brochure can be adapted for your use should you wish to do a mailing. We like to work with you and encourage you to use our assistance in selling this very interesting adventure.
